Ah, shades of Scientology--using copyright law to supress critical
information. If you really want to reveal CNN's character, the NRA
should go ahead and publish the transcript of the interview. The
copyright status of an independent transcipt is murkier than that
of a videotape, but even if they do sue to protect their copyright,
all the facts of the case will become public records, which /can/
be published freely.
