Typical Samanthaflection. Fumento never applied the theory to Africa
because 13 years ago it had already broken out into the hetero
community in Africa and did so for socio-economic reasons that simply
do not exist here in the US, or in much of the developed world. These
include:
a) infected western men do not specifically rape virgin girls in large
quantities based on the myth that doing so cures AIDS.
b) hetero men in the west do not use prostitutes to the very large
degree that they do in Africa
c) hetero men in the west have very easy access to condoms and don't
have a cultural abhorrence toward using them.

AIDS has not broken out in the US hetero population and it will not for
these and many other reasons. It remains a disease prevalent among
gays, drug users, and the sexual partners of both. The incidence among
the hetero population outside the drug culture can be directly
attributable to sexual partners of drug injectors and promiscuous
bisexuals. Beyond this, there are those accepting blood transfusions
from questionable sources, and health care workers.
Nonafrican nations where it has broken out are those with extensive sex
industries, like Russia, China, and Thailand.
