I recently discovered a small company run by a local
nutritionist (RN and chemist as well). This guy buys
overstock or out-dated nutritional supplements - major
brands of the hottest stuff - for a penny on the
dollar and then resells at 3 - 25 cents on the dollar,
making a huge profit. Since I used to work at the
largest health food warehouse on the West Coast - for
five years - and have been doing mega-supplements
since the late '60's, I have some knowledge of the
field from which to judge, and my judgement is that
this is an amazing deal.
So, he has suggested that I might want to set up an
internet business selling the stuff that he otherwise
has to discount even further or stick in the dumpster
for lack of room.
Typical prices: 3 X 20's 200mg SAMe - $6
Cimentadine (tagamet generic) -
$1/box
Vitamin C chewables 500mg. - BIG
bottle $3
He has a wide selection, but of course it is dependent
upon what is overstocked or returned to the
manufacturers. Today I spent $25 and got 10 large
bottles of CLA, 4 bottles of Q10 (100mg 30's), 12
boxes of 20 200 mg. SAMe, all a few months out of
date, except for some of the CLA, which was dated
3/2002 but shouldn't be effected, unless it's been
stored hot or the like.
Anyone interested?
