    I think the important thing is to realize that we are not at end of our
    understanding of cosmology, but at least somewhere along the middle of
    cosmological studies. The whole cosmos in a process, an activity, and we need
    better and better equipment to uncover minor and major facts of what this
    "place" really is. Why need we do this? To find the "control panel" for the
    darn thing, or the manufacturers' warranty,
