    No matter who it comes from. Harvey, you are more guilty, because as we
    see in your discussion with Brian, you are treating an article on the
    betterhumans website as if it is a scientific study, when it is only
    the interpretation of studies by scientists who had nothing to do with
    them. When Brian went to the actual studies these scientists were
    referring to, he determined that there was no discrimination between
    fiber sources, no definition of different types of fiber based on
    source, yet you are claiming that Brian is baiting and switching while
    you are continuing to claim your original reference (which was based on
    Brians reference) is the proper interpretation. Talk about dogmatic
    orthodoxy. All hail the vegan religion...
