Pardon me for making an analysis using my own knowledge. :-) I never
pretended to do otherwise, Harvey. I made the reasons for my opinion quite
clear in my message to Brian that you criticized.

I was merely looking at such studies in light of my knowledge about plant
fiber.

Now please explain why we should obtain our plant fiber from high-carb,
high-calorie, high omega-6, poor-nutrient-density foods like breads rather
than from low-carb, low-calorie, high omega-3, highly nutrient-dense foods
like vegetables.
