Ron, what your hearing/reading doesn't seem to be bearing any relationship
to what I'm writing/saying.
I think this thread does touch on real problems that would be of interest
to extropes but it is not doing it in a way that is shedding much light.
Perhaps it is still too soon, emotions are too raw, and the problems are
genuinely very difficult.
I think I'll lay off politics on the ExI list for a while leaving the
bandwidth
for topics where the prospects of real communication are better.
