    Exactly. When obese people trying to lose weight break down and "binge" on
    food, they binge almost without exception on non-paleolithic foods like
    candy, ice cream and cake.

    People seldom binge on natural paleolithic foods like meats, fruits, and
    vegetables, because these foods are naturally satiating and because they
    don't over-excite the neural reward circuitry in the brain.
