Excellent idea! I agree with all your nutritional points.

    I would also add:

    - Fiber in the diet is good for you, both soluble and no soluble.

    - Burning food is definitely bad for you, rapid heating of food may be bad
for you. (Applies to charred and fired meat, browned carbs, and
    heat-oxidized fats.)

    - Sources of food are unimportant if they contain the same nutrients and
other chemicals. (Protein is protein, whether it comes from meat or
vegetables. Nutrients are equivalent whether they come from "natural" or
    "unnatural" sources.)

    - Less calories are better than more calories, except when someone is
starving. Reducing calories should be done without sacrificing nutrition.

    - Complex carbohydrates are better than simple carbohydrates.

    - Monounsaturated fats are best, polyunsaturated fats are good, saturated
    fats are bad.

    - Lots of water is good. Caffeinated drinks, sugary drinks, and even sodium
in drinks are diuretics and lowers the value of these drinks in terms of
water consumption. Alcoholic drinks are also diuretics and cause water
    loss.

    - Moderate alcohol is good for you.
