    Yes in fact as this other page on the site discusses, eating too little
    saturated fat while eating more Omega-3 can actually be quite bad since
    the body apparently needs to use saturated fats to transform the O3 fats
    into EPA/DHA. This URL also discusses why canola oil ("Canadian Oil" :-)
    might be worth avoiding since it apparently has fairly high amounts of
    hidden trans fats from the extreme amount of processing.

    Although this particular site has some rather iffy articles, I find the
    ones written by Mary G. Enig are in general quite worth reading.
