Be careful eating those bars in the first few weeks... should be limiting
them to 1 a day max. I didn't like the shake mixes.... for my sweet tooth
cravings, I eat sugar free jello and REAL homemade whipped cream using
Splenda, heavy whipping cream, and a little vanilla extract. also, we have
found some sugar free chocolate that tastes damn good, and if you can find
them, Atkins makes a pretty good peanut butter cup! :D

PS - anybody considering doing this diet, be sure to invest heavily in some
fiber supplements! Being on this is like drinking a gallon of concrete! LOL
