Both these articles are about the importance of calcium in the diet, a
mineral easily obtained from healthy paleolithic green leafy vegetables.
Green leafy vegetables (e.g., spinach, my favorite) provide not only
calcium, but also many other extremely valuable nutrients not found in dairy
products like yogurt.

Yes. The title of the article is very revealing: "New study finds yogurt may
help to burn body fat." The suggestion to the unwitting is that yogurt has
some magical weight-loss properties not found in other foods. In reality the
benefits come calcium -- not from anything found only in dairy products,
much less from anything found in the Yoplait brand of yogurt.
Non-paleo dairy products contain the wrong ratio of calcium to phosphorous,
by the way, relative the ratio found in our bones. It won't work to rely
only on dairy for calcium and phosphorous.
