Actually I was under-stating my position, Harvey, not overstating it. Turkey
is 95% protein, not 94% (I was subtracting the water, and comparing beans
and greens on the same basis).
The most protein-rich greens have roughly half as much or less protein as
lean turkey, just I stated in my last message to samantha, (unless you
consider dried spirulina seaweed as a good representative "green" in our
diet, which of course it is not. And even then we're still looking at less
than 60% protein).
