That is exactly what paleodiet theory attempts to do, Harvey: it attempts a
return of all balances to those to which we are best genetically adapted.
Where there are convincing and widely-accepted discoveries from nutrition
science that certain balances should be different from those to which we
should be best adapted, paleodiet theory gladly turns the floor over to the
nutritionists.
Paleodiet theory is not anti-science as you seem to be painting it to be. It
is evolution science brought to your dinner table.
