    Given that you and I agree on this point, what in your opinion could be
    wrong with the idea that the paleodiet should be the "jumping off point"
    when considering the best possible diet?

    To put this question to you more formally: can you agree with me that the
    paleodiet, devoid of agriculture and dairy, is the null hypothesis that must
    be disproved, as opposed to being the competing hypothesis which must be
    proved? This is the most important question to those like me who try to
    abide by the scientific method.
