    Mostly uncontrolled. There is a censorship board, though. David Grossman
    mentions Palestinian poets being censored in _The Yellow Wind_, and over
    Christman some movie in Israel got censored, perhaps on the grounds of
    inflaming pro-Palestinian sentiment "in wartime". There was also a judge
    yanking Sharon's pre-election rant as part of the "no electioneering right
    before the election" law, although that feels different than a general
    censorship board.
