Personally, I like the Zone diet. It is hard to get used to, and with my
schedule i haven't been able to get used to it yet, but it seems, in my
view, the best plan. I will give the website links and the research is there
to read. Also on the sites are evaluations and comparisons of other
programs, including Atkins.
Rafal and I belong to the Zone "Club". We receive our vitamin and fish oil
supplements from them by mail monthly.
