Lengthening our memory is a process some have called
"time binding". It can also avoid needless duplication
of effort. I know of two ways to refer to previous posts.
One is to use the extropian archives. Go to
http://www.extropy.org/exi-lists/
and select the view by author or subject (I'm not sure
that "date" and "thread" work). Unfortunately, posts
older than a couple of months, and younger than a year
may not be accessible for some reason.
Robert Bradbury tipped me off to the Javien archive,
which can be found at
http://forum.javien.com/messages.php
and
http://forum.javien.com/index.php
