Sorry, I suffered from acronym overload there. I didn't mean TCPA,
the Trusted Computing Platform Alliance, which is a technology proposal.
I meant the DMCA, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, which criminalizes
attempts to bypass copyright protection systems. I made the same mistake
in a few more places, writing TCPA where I meant DMCA. Hopefully the
context will make it clear: where I was talking about legislation,
I meant DMCA, and where talking about DRM technology, I meant TCPA.
