Apparently, Prussian Blue might offer protection in a dirty bomb scenario,
but, according to "NukePills" it is not commercially available in North
America. A little googling seems to indicate that it is available in Germany
(EU as a whole?) with a prescription.
Prussian Blue
The "Dirty Bomb" Pill
The Food and Drug Administration has encouraged drug manufacturers to submit
new drug applications for a medicinal version of a blue dye to protect people
against radiation exposure following the detonation of a dirty bomb. The dye,
known as Prussian Blue, provides protection against the effects of radioactive
thallium and cesium-137 -- two ingredients very likely found in dirty bombs,
which spread radiation using conventional explosives.

Antidotum Thallii Heyl and Radiogardase-Cs seem to be commercial products
containing Prussian Blue:

Any info on availability would be interesting (never heard of it from
smart-drugs suppliers...)
Cheers,
