    If it is OS specific... well, perhaps ... this is complicated. If
    con-games should be legal, then this should be legal, but I have grave
    doubts about fraud and other deceptive practices being legitimate in a
    libertarian context, though I also have a lot of trouble with any way I
    can think to prevent them... except prohibiting monopolies. And that's
    not going to happen.
