THat is just the latest, most visible trait. Neocons are really about
corporation-oriented (as opposed to individual, citizen-oriented) free-
marketeering, which is in some ways "socialism for the corporations," as
opposed to "socialism for the individual."
In the Neocon world, the constitution is really written for the
business "person" (i.e., corporations (artificial persons) AND human beings),
instead of the "natural person", i.e., the "human beings"/ citizens.
I guess the putative rationale is that this economic philosophy is the most
efficient....or something.
Neocon use of the military is primarily for business stability purposes.
