    Rummy is the man. I like the "Saddam is either alive, or he is dead."

    Rummy has a sorta zen-like disposition, and a grin I normally would see
    on a lama. I think he sees his news conferences as the most
    entertaining part of his work day (at least for him). Making
    inscrutably obvious statements like the above is, I think, just his way
    of messing with the heads of reporters who keep trying to ask the same
    questions he isn't gonna answer the way they want to.
