You get used to it. Discomfort with nudity is a learned behavior, not
an innate one. If you spend enough time around naked people, you
unlearn your anxieties about nudity.

Gosh. I just don't even know where to go with this one. It's quite
the opposite of my experience in life.
Perhaps what you mean is that it's nearly impossible to turn off that
programming while you're still exposing yourself to the source of the
programming. But it's possible to create a subculture that insulates
you from some of the programming of society and which you can use to
create your own programming.
In fact, extropians is an example of such a subculture.
