    Degraded may not be the best word, probably more like "hijacked" by those
    who are taking list time and space to argue their political leanings.

    Yes there is. Extropians need to discuss social situations and culture in
    order to understand society. However, I have only seen a few significant
    posts on war and the rest is beating a dead horse pleonastically.
