Isn't it obvious? But still, many countries are resisting this fiercely.
Japan is purusing robotic nurses rather than accept Korean ones. The
ageing Europe is making immigration harder and harder, and so on.
Demonstrates that protecting vested local interests and prejudices can
overwhelm rationality on a huge scale.
This is actually why I would bet on the US - it has a younger population
and a far more immigration friendly policy, which means it is less
likely to stagnate.
