Dave Kekich recently sent me a memo of a presentation before
the Select Committee on Alternative Fuels for the Legistlative
Assembly of Ontario from early last year about "Brown's Gas".

I've read through it and it sounds quite interesting. Upon
    investigation (e.g. http://www.eagle-research.com/browngas/whatis.html)
it turns out that it is proposed this is a gas consisting of monoatomic
hydrogen and oxygen. Such a proposal violates all of my background
in chemistry and thermodynamics -- but the world is full of strange
    things.

Does anybody else out there have any knowledge about this?
Is it possible for a monoatomic mixture of H & O to be stable
    (i.e. not decay into H2 and O2)?

    Thanks,
    Robert
