Nothing is wrong with it, though I believe that many common folk in
France and Germany would react strongly against double digit hikes in
gas taxes. Imagine all those french farmers who strike against GM crops
and meats being turned toward striking against fuel costs that raise
the cost of getting their fine snooty french produce to market.
