I suggest we equip each guided bomb with a western saddle and an
optional ten gallon hat. Then attach a control system so that the rider
could make the bomb either avoid the intended target or conversely to improve
its aim. This way we could accomodate both doves and super hawks.
For a small fee we could decorate each bomb with the picture of a dove
or hawk depending on the option of the rider.
