While I agree with you and am quite saddened by the faux security around
electronic banking (web, ATM, etc.) today, I still live by my age-old
motto:
If someone can spend my money faster than I can, then they deserve
it!
The best way to keep people from draining your accounts is to do it
yourself, first. :-)
