    Its worse than this. THere are approximately two or three dozen cargo
    ships owned by various front companies of al Qaeda which change
    registries, names, alleged ownership, and paint jobs frequently to
    evade tracking.

    I would not be surprised at all if most at large members of al Qaeda
    are at sea on these vessels. One thing they seem to be is a direct
    commercial link between North Korea and Iraq.
