Actually I've seen no evidence that Iraq possesses true weapons of
mass destruction. By true WMDs I mean nuclear weapons. Chemical and
biological weapons have just never been shown to be on the same level
of danger as nuclear weapons.
I do agree that Iraq wants to build a nuclear weapon, and that the
only thing holding it back from doing so is access to weapons grade
uranium or plutonium. Of course, just about any country on earth
could build a nuclear weapon if it had weapons grade uranium or
plutonium. So could any major university.
