Following the discovery of oil in Iceland, American marines and special air forces arrived on the countries shore. Secretary of State Powell said: "The Icelandic authorities have requested our protection in the face of threats from Osama bin Laden. Clearly, these reconstructions of photos from our informants show how Osama was constructing a dirty bomb hidden amongst the extensive networks of fishing shacks and volcanic rock. We have stepped in to ensure stability in the region and protect democracy. As our great philosopher Frank Herbert once said, the oil must flow. Cough cough."
