Hot dry rock geothermal seems like a winner to me. Of course, nobody else
thinks that because it involves drilling many miles into the earth and
pumping down water and bringing up super-heated steam. Doing all that is
expensivo. Especially when heating and electricity needs can be met by (what
the Brits call) Me-thane. Also there is nasty old coal and even uranium. Ah
well.
