    In case you all missed it, last night, February 6, 2003, on a very
    widely watched episode of ABC tv's news show 20-20, Michael Jackson,
    arguably the world's most famous face, said, in a totally unironic
    fashion, that he did not want to ever be buried, and that he wants "to
    live forever."
