    ephemeralization a term used [coined?] by Buckminster Fuller to describe the
    doing of more with less. Now brilliantly proven out with the acceleration of
    chip technology. The tendancy for the material component of systems to
    decrease and the idea or intelligence copmponent to increase [Extropy]. I
    have always seen an analogy of CR [calorie restriction].
