My Lady Lisa,
I didn't realise you were on the Extropian list or did you mean
something else. When I saw the disaster my heart went out to the people
involved and I grieved for them. But as for myself I went into Engineering
mode and was trying to figure it out.
Right now it appears something definitely went wrong inside that left
wing. That set the craft to tumbling, slewing or rolling -- possibly all
three. That motion in turn performed at 12,000 MPH seems to have rent the
craft piece from piece in a mighty fireball. I guess the first thing they
will re-examine will be the piece that fell off and struck the wing during
takeoff.
I am sorry you had to experience this event alone.
love
Lord Dehede
