Just look at political campaign advertisements in the US ...

... and look at how said advertisements make us wonder
whether any of the political candidates do have anything
useful to do, or whether the voter can only choose the
lesser of some evils.

Definately not something commercial companies can afford,
since their clients have hundreds of uses for the contents
of their wallets. If the music industry pisses off the
clients, people will simply spend their money on unrelated
things, like going out or chocolate ;)

If only we could vote for beer instead of politicians...
