Nudity in the streets? Its been done. San Francisco
Bay to Breakers, a 10k fun run where many of the
participants run or walk in a state of partial or
full nudity. There is a theoretical law
that requires that participants must wear clothing,
but they do not get overly specific on the meaning
of the term clothing. A hat qualifies, as does a
    pair of shoes.
