Remote but possible might be a comparison between a rain forest canopy and a
heavily saturated wind farm. I can't see a density high enough to modify the
first
100 ft of air but the question is....Would a high density placement be
deliberately
put into place to create a protective shield from wind for agricultural
production.
Could an artificial rain forest be created and turned on and off at will by
choosing to
let the fins turn or lock them down?? Silly question or worthy of
consideration?
