I don't think that is what Sam had in mind. I might also add that our
allowing the USSR to financially support the US Communist, Socialist,
and WWP groups, which were focal points of anti-war organizing led to
our losing the war on the home front at the same time that we won every
battle in Vietnam. But I am also sure that is not what she meant
either.... ;)
