I disagree. This is the best thing that could happen to hobby
electronics. Just design and print your own, without the uglyness of
having to perform tricky manual labour, very likely much faster, very
likely much smaller, and no need for PCBs. Fixing hobby electronics
might die (although i find it unlikely that products would be produced
this way for retail), but creative hobby electronics gets its era. (All
this assuming that the price of the beasts can be lowered to couple of k
amounts)
