Meme Quake!

OK, lower the eyebrows. It was better than you might think. The show
managed to convey some sound information on extropian values. Geraldo gave
me the opportunity to tell millions of views first hand the importance of
being responsible for one's well being.

I got off to a good start when Geraldo introduced me as, "The lovely Natasha
- bodybuilder and artist with the lovely body!"

But, planted in the audience, was a medical attorney who attacked those who
take supplements. The cynical critic tried to paint all supplement takers
as followers of the pied piper and mindless swallowers of snake oil.

I seized the opportunity to disabuse her of this notion. I explained that
the individual can and must take responsibility for his own well being; that
we can do our own research to find the most current and convincing
information available. [Audience nods supportively.]

Next time perhaps I'll persuade Geraldo to take a look at cryonics.
