Heh. Under some circumstances, intelligence and will are inversely
proportional to each other. Check my guide to intelligence enhancement

The emotion of frustration greatly reduces your will to continue, but
also invokes the cognitive functions of causal analysis and creative
design.

I don't know if this would work as a general rule, but somebody ought to
check and see if willpower varies with the inverse of SAT scores. (Just
SAT scores - IQ tests, for example, won't work.)
