Strict Nano Matter Property Boundries

With nanotechnology, wouldn't it be mandatory to sell land as a 3D cube of
space/random matter? We need strict measurements to define property lines in
the age of nano where people will be able to honeycomb their entire piece of
property into any design they wish.
