Sir,
Have been browsing the net, and trying to grasp how our "law
enforcement" officers so routinely violate our rights, i.e., 'speeding
tickets,' where no one is hurt, no one complains, and the only one
charging you is the officer.
I just received a speeding ticket about 6 weeks ago - my first ticket,
ever, in over 15 years, and I'm not sure I'm going to pay it.
