I mean , come on, hacking the brain sounds a bit messy - also there are
already a group of nihilistic performance artists and gullibly inane new
agers who have re-instituted a trend ...reinventing the ancient art of
"trefaning" ( SP?) a belief that drilling a hole in the brain ( and leaving
it open, i believe) has benefits to consciousness... I think that term
applies more to this latter group.
