Birds do (they learn songs from their parents and environment, although
the exact sounds are genetic; they can also be trained in various ways),
and they have (probably) descended from dinosaurs. I'm not sure about
how much reptiles can learn, they appear to be somewhat inflexible. So
I'm still undecided, but my guess is that they had learned behaviors.
