Extropy Institute web site open (just!)

It's barely begun, but there's now something worth looking at:

http://www.extropy.org

Many of the links in the Ideas section are temporary and will be replaced
with our own pages giving information, including external links. E.g. for
"cryonics" we currently link to Alcor, but this will be replaced with our
own cryonics page, which will include links to all the cryonics organizations.
