I'd have to agree with John that the MP movies were better than the TV show. While I liked "Life of Brian", I'd have to cast my vote for "The Search for the Holy Grail". The scene where King Arthur cuts off the Black Knight's arm and the Black Knight refuses to let him pass -- Oh that, thats nothin but a scratch, I still got me oder arm -- sends me over the edge. The killer rabbit comes in a close second.

I'd side with Max that "The Name of the Rose" is a great movie. They
should show it to all Catholics the year they receive confirmation.
[I'd actually go for communion, but its a bit gory for 7-8 year olds.]
